TECHNIQUE TIPS
Press iPrime Eyeshadow Base on eyelids before Shimmer Dust application to help the dust adhere to the lids. Brush #018 is perfect for dusting, pressing and blending product onto eyes. Finish with a coat at Glamalash Mascara and a thin line of iLine Liquid Eyeliner Pen for definition. Alternatively, mix Shimmer Dust with a small amount of Sealant and use brush L112 to apply dust as a liner.
